SHIPPING POLICY
TreBella orders are shipped within 72hrs of purchase. Once shipped you will be notified via email with tracking information. Please note that currently, only deliver to U.S. residents. As our company grows international shipping may be offered in the future.
REFUND POLICY
At Tre'Bella we strive to carry only the best cigars for your money. If for any reason you need to return your cigars for a credit within 15 days of purchase, you may do so. Here are our guidelines:
Damaged Items
Please inspect all cigars immediately and report any defects, broken wrappers, mold, or humidity issues within 3 days of receiving your order.
How To Make A Return
Call 1-800-363-1599 and ask for Customer Service between Monday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or send an email to info@trebellacigar.com to let us know to expect your return.
Specify if you’ll be wanting a credit or replacement.
Be sure when packaging your return to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging no credit will be issued.
